A Mobile App Built to Facilitate Business Mentoring Relationships Between Mentors and Mentees.
Background
Brunei Shell through Shell LiveWIRE Brunei carries out a range of courses to enhance individual entrepreneurship journeys. The program aims to help contribute to Brunei economy by creating sustainable businesses.
The Problem
There was an apparent lack of accessibility to connect business owners (mentees) and potential business mentors in a larger networking setting. This is especially due to the limited access of mentors as well as guidance to the correct business requirement and needs. There was also due to the lack of a streamlined communication channel, specifically between business owners and mentors.
The Solution
Mentor with Us assists both mentors and mentees in facilitation and seeking Business Mentoring relationships. The app can be used as a communication tool between users to arrange mentorship sessions, give advice and even exchange tips. Furthermore, users will be able to create pages and groups for events related to mentorship.
