Background
Takaful Brunei is committed in supporting Brunei’s Vision 2035 and Digital Economy Masterplan – where the country hopes to pave its way towards transforming Brunei into a Smart Nation as it enters the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The Problem
Customers would have to go to the nearest TBA and TBK counters and go through daunting long queues. Other than that, it may take up a lot of time to find out the requirements of making a claim, and the process of processing a claim at TBA and TBK counters respiectively.
The Solution
The app enables users to skip the long queues they used to face at TBA and TBK counters. Once downloaded, users will only need to register and go through the verification process once to get access. Additionally, users are able to participate, renew requests, make claims and manage all their certificates from the app from anywhere and at any time.
